Refund policy

All items have been carefully described, any item found unsatisfactory may be returned, please inform us beforehand. 

All orders placed through the website can be returned for a refund within 14 days.

Once we have received the item, we will immediately make arrangements to process the refund. 

The items purchased must be returned in the exact condition that they were initially delivered. Including the original packaging and care taken when initially shipped.
